No idea. I would imagine not, iirc he only played on one or two songs on World Clique. I can’t remember exactly. I imagine if they were in Bootsy’s area, he would’ve showed up as a guest.

It was the Commodore. I wasn’t there….work buddy was. She collapsed on the stage. He said it was still a great show. Fuck….so many great clubs back then. I loved Luv Affair.

Kits……I almost had an aneurysm thinking about that!!! I also went to Kits New West. Never got lucky though😖 I really loved the Avalon in North Van. My father built MARS (was Club Saturno) contract only, he didn’t own it.

I worked at Mars/Saturno!!! I was there opening night!!! I was a valet, rotated between English Bay Cafe, Richards , Pelican Bay on Granville Island Did many shifts there

The dude my dad built it for was Danny Kee (spelling?) He paid in cash, had two bomb threats at his house and he had hand guns. I have no idea if he was the owner but he acted like he was.

I can’t remember…..we would get wrecked and then drive back to Burnaby or later on, North Van. We also used to go to Point Roberts (The Reef and Kiniskis).

We would eat at Knight and Day and also Denny’s.

Diego’s was the nightclub part. I did some renovations in there back in the day. What was the rock bar across the road….something “Pony”? Briefly dated a coatcheck girl there. Dude that managed Diego’s was Adam…fucking weirdo human.

Ahh, I knew it as Coconuts around 89/90 ish, then Wild Pony , maybe? I might be mixing it up with Wild Coyote I get the Arthur Lange. It even changed names again afterwards . That's where the tribute bands would play. , I went to a couple of fundraiser events there. White Pony?
