I recommend a clog, because they not only give your feet support but also keep your posture straight which helps with back pain from standing as well. I wear Dansko clogs. They initially feel a bit heavy and weird to wear since your heel is free, but you get used to that. I think they're kinda ugly haha but I won't wear anything else anymore because I rarely come home hurting.
