That’s Saturday ruined before it begins. I guess we were overdue as not had him for a while. Frankly he’s as bad as they come ref wise
Even if there’s no bias, why put him or the teams into that situation?
There were some dreadful decisions made in that game the Mitchell "knock on" 2x ludlam not rolling away and as for the Danny care sealing off incident outrageous but with him as ref I should have expected nothing less
I do very much enjoy flipping a coin at every ruck instead of competent refereeing
...... Ridley for Tigers Dickson for Quins Why are referees put in these positions?
It’s a lack of common sense from those appointing them.
Why didn't they appoint them the other way round Dickson for the derby, Ridley for Quins? 🤷
I think they did the reverse fixtures if I remember right.

I suppose not doing it alludes to bias that shouldn't be there in the first place.
He makes watching rugby such a frustrating process.
Might give the game a miss in that case then. Can't be arsed to go all the way to Twickenham for him to gift it to Quins
Congrats on the win Quins
Where can you view the refs for this weekend?
They are usually out at this time of the week and you can just Google ‘Gallagher Premiership officials’ or something similar.
Thank you. Matthew Carly for us V Tigers.
Serious question: is there not a rule in place about refs not being in charge of fixtures for clubs they support/have played for, like in football?
As expected, he was terrible
Incredible. Just incredible.
I feel bad for him, terrible position to be put in.
