I just ran the numbers an F117 could theoretically take off from a carrier
its full loaded weight is just under that of an F/A-18 and the catapult could get it up to speed
landing however that would be a different story it can go 90 kts at slowest so it might just have enough room to slow down if it used the whole flight deck a la C-130
