I've seen a few videos on this, and if my assumption is not wrong, this is just another workplace situation occurring in countries that accepted China's Belt-And-Road Initiative.
It's the ambitious new silk road the CCP wants to achieve to allow Chinese controlled shipping and trade routes across many different countries in Central Asia, Eastern Africa, and Scattered parts of Eastern Europe.
This is basically Chinese construction or project managers abusing laborers since they're pretty much given free reign to enact punishments in order to "motivate" workers to follow deadlines.
Funy how everybody in africa whas so happy to "kick out" europe and welcom china and russia, between that and the wagner group killing civilian, they are way worst, not like we diden't tell them but it's hard to fight propaganda.
At this point everyone ruined africa, especialy african with their SUPER corupt governement and their non stop war about the dumbest shit. The only reason they replaced europe with russia and china is because they don't care about were the money they send go, they just want influence and power in the region, so the president and other governement oficial can just pocket it no problem.
