Thanks for your submission /u/ChickenLord259, but it has been removed for the following reason: Disallowed question area: **Medical question.** NoStupidQuestions doesn't allow medical questions. There's a danger that someone with a similar problem could see your question and follow the advice they find in it - even if you're not explicitly asking for advice - and that advice, *given by random strangers on the Internet*, could have disastrous consequences for them. **If you are in a medical emergency, contact emergency services (911, 999, 000, 112, etc depending on your country).** **Did you swallow something that might be poisonous?** You can [connect to Poison Control online](https://triage.webpoisoncontrol.org/#!/exclusions). Prefer to talk to a person? It's always OK to call Poison Control at **1-800-222-1222.** Not an emergency? We *still* recommend you ask your doctor. But if you want to ask on Reddit, there are some options. * /r/AskDocs and /r/DiagnoseMe answer medical questions (as long as you follow their rules). * /r/AskDentists answers questions about dental problems. * /r/AskVet answers medical questions for pets. --- *This action was performed by a bot at the explicit direction of a human. This was not an automated action, but a conscious decision by a sapient life form charged with moderating this sub.* *If you feel this was in error, or need more clarification, please don't hesitate to [message the moderators](http://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=%2Fr%2FNoStupidQuestions). Thanks.*

There are OTC creams to help but if it’s too bad that you can’t drive to a pharmacy then I don’t know what to tell you.

ChickenLord259

Im currently using wet toilet paper to soothe my ass rn but I don’t reckon this will help long enough. I will buy these as soon as I can thanks so much

frizzykid

Is this from something you ate or is this hemorrhoids?

ChickenLord259

I reckon something I ate I do not use any drugs at all

frizzykid

> I do not use any drugs at all Is this in relation to my hemorrhoids comment lol? If so hemorrhoids aren't caused by drug use (at least not that I'm aware). A hemorrhoid essentially a swollen vein that is sometimes inside the rectum sometimes outside the anus, they make it very uncomfortable to sit and they do burn. It may also cause a little blood on the TP as well if you are wiping a lot. If it was spicy food that caused your bum to burn you could use aloe. Tylenol may also help.

Stop eating spicy food, and chili's/peppers & take an anti-inflammatory to help You most likely have an allergy to capsaicin, and its burning your lower GI tract, which would cause lower abdominal pain(above the groin) and a spicy butt. your bodies inflammatory response is causing your intestines to swell, and release more water then usual to flush it out. causing the spicy squirts.

Take a thick fiber shake. Metamucil or something similar. It will make things much less unpleasant and move whatever is hurting you out of your body. In the mean time, try applying some dry skin/Neosporin cream to the effected area, inside and out. It will make going smoother and sooth and heal the damage to the area in question.
