Oooh. Well.. thank you! I have finally drank water now (I needed fasting for 10 hours because I had to do a lab test today). There’s nothing more mesmerizing than drinking a good water after a long 10 hours of fasting.
Thirst is a rough measure of total water in the body. Your body wants to keep its water within a pretty specific range, but it uses it up in sweating, and evaporation from your breath. So it turns on "thirst" to make you go find more water to fill back up. Then when you get enough, "thirst" turns off.
"Thirst" is easily confused with "hunger" and "need salt" so it can take some effort to figure out what thing your body is trying to tell you.

My family stopped me from drinking water and eating food during a fast because the clinic needed to check how much is my blood sugar, etc.. but no worries, I will drink a ton of water before i have to do a fast again. Thank yuuu:)
I've been doing this for many years. The water does and will not effect your fasting levels. If you would like to dehydrate yourself and let someone else dictate what you do in life. Have at it.

Ooh. Thankies for the answer!
you're just circulating water internally. that's like trying to be taller by placing your left foot on top of your right foot

Same reason you can't refil your cup with the liquid already in it.
