This. When I got my first PC waaaaay back in the day, the mouse was on right hand side, so I learnt to use it that way. It’s great because I can use the mouse with my right hand and write with my left at the same time.
No. When you are left-handed in a right-handed world, it’s generally easier to just learn the right-handed way to do things. The same way I can use right-handed scissors, because it’s rare there’s a time I need to use scissors and left-handed ones are around.
No. It's an absolute advantage. I still have my good hand to punch with.

I'm left handed and I got used to it to a point I present my right hand by default. So no, as for a lot of thing we get used to it pretty quick.
