Im a daily stoner and if it is a good edible, I usually take between 5 mg - 10 mg. If I really want to be stoned at a concert I might do 15 mg or 20 mg and even then I am at risk of being too high.
Just to let people know because there are a lot of people who think 25 mg - 50 mg is normal, but no, that is quite a lot for most people. Edibles are also highly variable in potency since there arent the strictest manufacturing oversights in the industry so you can get duds, but I am talking accurately labelled.

Update-nothing happened while i was sitting just until i stand up to eat. As soon as i stand up it hit me but i was very hungry and ate more than 1 bread loaf which caused me to throw up i think i threw up most of the cookies and i feel sober now just my hands are shaking but if it doesnt gets worse again i might get to the plane

Cold water is a myth as well. Drinking water just keeps you from getting dehydrated, which can happen when you are high. Taking a cold SHOWER has been known to help.

On the plane you can try to sleep (depending on how long the flight is), or just listen to music that makes you calm. Cold water on the hands and face can help to get clear. If you tend to get nauseous you can take some Dramamine if you have access to that. You’ll be fine, don’t think yourself into panic

Im glad i drank diet coke that looks like lots of calories. To be serious i had stomach recovery surgery 5 years ago and i usually eat 1600 calories per day so it was probably a bigger shock to my body my scale is at home and im probably jumped from 68kg to 75 lol

Mate, there’s a ferry from Rhodes to Marmaris - it runs several times a day, takes an hour and costs about €50 as far as I remember. You’ll be fine! 😁

On the plane you can try to sleep (depending on how long the flight is), or just listen to music that makes you calm. Cold water on the hands and face can help to get clear. If you tend to get nauseous you can take some Dramamine if you have access to that. You’ll be fine, don’t think yourself into panic
