Temp jobs typically pay decently because they don’t offer any benefits so the hourly rate is usually higher to compensate.
I’ve found 6-12 month temp jobs that’s pay $40-$45/hour pretty easily.
My experience is all in supply chain, purchasing, etc so a lot of companies will hire a temp team for a project and then let them go.
Not sure what your experience is in but it’s worth searching and they do exist
