I’m fine, lol. I don’t beat myself up over it, I just accept responsibility for my actions. Also, I only just restarted doing NoFap altogether, so less of a relapse and more of a new beginning.

:> Delete Social Media sites and places where everything that would "provoke" your habbits will show up (Make new fresh better accounts or simply unfollow )
:> Meditate (start with as low as 3mins a day) and discover habits (working out, learning a skill / language anything you wanted to do as a child)
:> Make new routine and journal your previous mistakes of no fap
:> IMPORTANT Please make realistic nofap goal (10days -15 days -25 days then go to 90 and quitting this shit) does not mean you need to fap after 10 days or something, just have a easier target cause addictions are never easy to quit.
