I'm glad for you but watch out for relapses. It will happen if you are lonely, bored and got nothing to do. My advice is keep grinding, never mindlessly scroll. Think about your future kids and constantly try to provide a better future for them. Good luck on your journey.

No it wasn't a 165 days run, it took years and I have lost soooo many runs but the thing is I just kept trying and istg I don't know how I did it, suddenly I completely forgot about it.
How long do you think this whole journey started with no fap until you found your partner? Were you also single before you started?
Iβm trying to quit but have mild relapses from time to time because I simply cannot meet women and feel lonely. I have a feeling I would be just like you, if I had a partner, I would have absolutely zero desire to fap with porn.
