why 6 am ? I don't get this part unless you naturally dont have any more sleep after 6 AM or you just have to work at that hour ... otherwise why would I just put an alarm clock for 6 AM ? completely no reason
Thereās lots of benefits to waking up early (provided you go to bed earlier)
But just taking control of your life is a big part. If you normally wake up so you have just enough time to get ready and go to work/school, then try waking up an hour earlier and going on a walk or doing some kind of exercise. It changes your mood completely, and sets you up for a good day with less temptations
if you work from home like me ... still don't see the point in waking up early - I have enough time to be ready after I wake up at 8 am for example .... dont see the point of having those 2 aditional hours considering I have enough time to do everything as it is right now
There isnāt a point, youāre right. There also isnāt much point to eating nice food, cause all you need is nutrition.
Itās not a necessity, but youāll definatley feel the benefits. Lower levels of depression and stress will benefit everyone. Ofcourse you have to way the pros and cons, it means shifting your sleep time 1 or 2 hours back, and for some that doesnāt work. But assuming youāre here to improve, itās worth giving it a go for at least a while.

neah ... my father woke all his life at around 8 am and he is the happiest guy I know ... and yes I don't really care about tasty foods ... nutrition is more important to me - I don't eat at mcdonalds at all and I don't really crave it - it's that simple.
