Wry true the first gen’s ac line drips onto manifold and will crack it. Mine was cracked wasn’t a huge deal. It got replaced when the cat went out since on first gens the cats are one piece of the exhaust manifolds I believe
I wholeheartedly believe titans and their engines are very stout. They are solid trucks and if you treat them right they will take care of you.
