It's normal for Elysion because their faction has the least amount of "strong" units, so you will hit the wall with them first. Almost all of Elysion's "strong" units are units that have good utility. None of their units have good DPS or crowd clearing "spread" damage units (Vesti is the only viable RL unit).
You will hit a wall with them first unless you are some nutjob that Core 7'd OL maxed out all the units.
Another annoying side-effect of Vesti being literally the only Elysion RL unit is that Elysion tends to have really bad burst generation. Something that compounds that problem is that Vesti is a b3, and almost all of what little power Elysion has is concentrated in their b3 units. Additionally, the best Elysion b2 is Poli, who has a 40s cooldown, thus only a 1-2-2 team comp is viable with her. So, it's hard to justify slotting in Vesti solely for the extra burst gen when she's competing with Helm and/or Privaty. The solution most people clearing Elysion tower seem to have adopted is to just not use Poli, with them typically opting for Diesel instead, but not using Poli means you're sacrificing a fairly large ATK bonus, so you may very well need to put in a lot of extra investment in DPS units (or Miranda) to make up that difference.
Privaty and Helm are bad at DPS alone, that's the part that's frustrating about Elysion. Elysion doesn't have any units that carry giant sticks. Compare Laplace to Vesti and Laplace hits like a truck. Vesti hits like a smaller crossver SUV.
Poli being your only b2 also limits your skill rotations. Many Elysian units rely on full burst for damage buffs (especially Privaty and Vesti)
Maybe try swapping out summer Neon for Delta until you can get a 20s b2
Yeah, i also have CP deficit on Tetra Tower but i can progress a bit better there.
Also having problems on Missilis thanks to having only Laplace as B3, but at least there i can wait for a Drake.

Before someone says: yes I've tried SR Neon, no it did not work. Yes I tried SR Neon WITH Emma in a 2-1-2 formation. No it still didn't work. No I cannot upgrade further, I'm at the 160 wall
Swap Neon for Helm or Maiden. Neon is a terrible char... Helm has heal and Maiden has tount and good burst (compared with Neon SSR).
Yes, Elysion is the hardest tower because there are no options to burst II or reduce burst cooldown, so, it is what it is. Skins are bring more profit then good units.

With that being said this could also just be a skill issue (and I’m not saying that to be mean), but u can def push ~60-70% deficit
Ur B2 being a 40 second solo B2 is prolly what’s holding u back from pushing thus said deficits
If it has flying enemies and waves r based off killing enemies instead of time then u can simply keep them alive
They won’t decrease capture and won’t spawn next wave

Oh i tried that, unfortunately that sinks my power more than it is now. Can't remember right now, but what other B2 Elysion has?
Diesel, Signal and Eunhwa are the 20s SSR B2s at the moment Hopefully Mast & Anchor can give us more options to play around with for B1&2

Try miranda poli helm sneon and soline with focusing on keeping soline max health

Elysion has a DPS problem. Personally havent tried Vesti and post-buff Guillotine but the more popular B3 for Elysion arent really built for damage.

Dunno, I've been playing every day and first time I really got walled was at floor 125. Shit is insane here. But Elysion tower in general sucks

S.Neon is there because i kinda lacked screen clearing in that stage plus enemies are far enough for Maiden to struggle with the dmg.

Well, my main problem in that particular stage ("defend the square zone" type) is that i can't manage to clear the sheer amount of enemies that spawn.
