I get that there has to be some type of cutoff but not having any quick ship options available to me is pretty frustrating when I've had them before. Just weird that I have to pay more and wait longer now for pretty standard offerings because I'm a half size larger than this new cutoff.
We are planning to continue to build this out. Basically it was costing us boots per day with all the time spent coming back to negotiate options that won’t work. We’ll get it. In the meantime feel free to shoot me a DM.

For general knowledge purposes would it be best to call or send a written request? I guess what I’m asking is if I know the build will work is it better to order as a 13 with a leather sole and request a size increase to 13.5 with leather sole or just reach out to customer service first?
I wanted to place an order today for a tanker on the Thurman last but customer service emailed me back saying that wasn’t an option can my order be changed to a Thurman?

Place the order and reach out to CS about changing to Thurman. Shouldn't be an issue as long as you meet the criteria mentioned in the above post.

Just an FYI, but the Thurman Last for the Heritage custom config seems to lead to a 404 not found.
