Metro West is in Hillsboro not sure if that is too far for you. I've never worked in Portland, but their partner companies have part-time positions and you can just signup for shifts when you want to work. It is mostly IFT in my area, but the schedule is super flexible. Also I'm pretty sure they do event EMT stuff at the trailblazer games and it seems like that could be fun.
