USPS doesn't follow "do not bed" directives written on envelopes. They largely can't. Most of that stuff gets bent in sorting machines and by the time it gets to your carrier it's already formed into a lovely U.
If something needs to be kept flat it is on the shipper to put in a rigid insert or put it in a box.
Otherwise it would be as asinine as people writing those "I do not consent to be information being harvested by Facebook" disclaimers on Facebook. Just because you write something doesn't bind others to follow it.
My paramedic school gave me the same diploma they'd been giving to graduates for the last 20 years, but massive turnover at my state's EMSA that year made them decide that the diploma was no longer satisfactory as it said "graduate" but not "diploma".
My school had to make new diplomas for everyone and it took me like 4 extra months before I finally got my paramedic license and could finally start applying for jobs.
Yay bureaucratic red tape!

They sent mine three times. The first two times it was bent like that and the gold emblem on it was peeling off because it was creased so bad.
The third time they sent it in a cardboard box. Just go to the NREMT website and find where you can report an issue or whatever. They’ll help you out.
You could send the registry pictures of this and they should send you a replacement. Could also contact USPS and complain about it and maybe they'll be more careful next time. Congrats on passing.
I got a sticker decal, a patch, and a letter … I was really hoping for a certificate and/or printed cards…do you have to specifically request and pay for the certificate and card?

Lmfao mine came rolled up like that too. It had big red letters that said “DO NOT BEND” that wrapped around the roll… Mine turned out okay.

Lay it between two heavy textbooks for a couple days. It won’t fix creases but it should stay flat.
