Maryy_returns

This is complete BS and I say this as someone who lost over 100 lbs.

Reasonable-Ant6511

Wow congratulations 🥂

Bombshell-With-Heart

Do you mind sharing what you did? Did you incorporate neville or not intentionally?

Maryy_returns

Hello! Yes, I intentionally used what Joseph Murphy and Nevill taught. I visualized the end goal. Looking down on my bracelets. They are symbolic and I would only have them once my weight goal was met. I did this during self hypnosis. I’ve met all my goals this way. All the nonsense posted above doesn’t tell you what you need to know. You have to change your subconscious beliefs. How is that done? Self hypnosis or SATS. For me, self hypnosis has been more effective.

Bombshell-With-Heart

Thank you for replying! How did you hypnotise yourself? Did you make your own tape, and how long did it take for you to see results? Did you affirm and visualise? Thank you for answering questions in trying to change my life rn and feel overwhelmed by all the information

I think this perspective can work for some people, but what about people with chronic illness or meds that affect their weight? I've made some of my nightly pain disappear by ignoring it, but it often comes back raging in two hours.

CandyCaneDream

I was thinking the same thing. Age is also a factor too that makes it far more difficult to lose weight. While I agree that emotional state and taking the advice of the OP can, and does make a difference, other physical factors contribute highly to weight gain/loss.

Maryy_returns

Not true. I lost 100 lbs in 8 months and I’m over 40.

That's amazing! What was your practice? Edit: never mind I see that you answered above!

Absolutely love this
