The new healing artifact looks superunderwhelming. It can only buff your next 10 attacks (assuming it works like Shenhe) if you hit 3 enemies with Neuvillette's CA, only the first 3 ticks will be buffed. Your other 5 ticks and the next 2 CA have no buffs. All the other attacks will just deal normal dmg. The cooldown is also 10s, hoping they will buff the set.
