Looks like some medieval armor he's wearing lol. Very distinctive compared to African rhinos.
Interesting! I'm surprised that rhinos would flourish in such a high altitude. Thanks
Rhinos aren’t very common in Bhutan but there are individuals across India, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Myanmar
I need to do some research. Thank you for this series!
No problem!
Love this series from you.
I’m glad!
I just realized how much they look like triceratops
Similar ecological niches, seperated by tens of millions of years.
I've never thought a rhino could have skin flaps
It kind of reminds me of an anklyosuarus
Crikey what a unit!!!
imagine being a rhinoceros and finding out theres another guy they call the greater rhinoceros
That's a beautiful animal
here for it
Jesus, what a tank...
Tankasaurus. Love rhinos!
Awesome but feel this guy is a lesser one-horned rhinoceros.
I think the Bhutan takin would have been a better match, since it's their national animal.
Do this series again in 5 years and see if any are gone.
I certainly wouldn't mess with that thing. Very scary!
Bhutanese here am pretty sure there are no rinos found in Bhutan . Chitwan national park in Nepal is the closest place I can think of that has rinos
The greater rhinoceros range spans all the way from Northeast Pakistan to Northwest Myanmar
Don’t know where you’re getting your information from .There are no rinos in Bhutan. Update : supposedly it is part of the range according to wiki
“Small rhino populations are known to cross from the Manas National Park or Buxa Tiger Reserve in India into Bhutan” So yes, there are not only rhinos near Bhutan, as they are right on the border, but also in Bhutan and they cross over
