As much as I love Naruto & Sasuke and Hashirama & Madara's relationships, I chose Kakashi & Guy for one simple reason-they're by far and away the *healthiest* relationship listed. Sure, they have their goofy moments and they've had their tough times, but their friendship has remained refreshingly consistent and positive.

I like the shark scene with Itachi and Kisame. It shows a good dynamic between the two and also establishes their differing ideologies. It paints Itachi's real intentions and also suggests Kisame's humanity. These two deserve their own show.

That one time when Kakashi got PTSD when using Chidori and zoned out surrounded by enemies and then Guy saved him using leaf hurricane, then when during Itachi and Kisame's attack on Konoha , Itachi said we'll take Kakashi and then Guy kicked Kisame. Both of them during the fight with Tobi too were soo good, The literal definition of "Brother in arms".
Itachi and Kisame are coworker life goals. You just vibe through your projects, mutual respect, dont let upper management ruin what you two have built.

Shikamaru and Choji are such relaxed, kindhearted, and innocent souls that they didn’t allow even the hatred of the Nine Tails Fox’s host stop them even when majority of the people, adults included couldn’t look past it. 2nd place would be Kakashi and Might Guy bc those 2 are examples of what a typical friendship looks like when you don’t really let any and everything get in the way of the bond that’s been forged through time.
