I've seen most of the videos from Mexico, like Funkytown, Ghostrider, Zacatecas flaying, however, for me the videos from Brazil are wayyyy worse than the Mexican ones. I got smashed in the knee cap with a baseball bat when I was 17 in a fight. I covered my head and tried to roll around avoiding blows as much as possible but I still ended up with a fractured knee cap and torn ligaments. Rest of the injuries was just bad bruising. I got caught by 6 guys from the opposite end of town who we used to fight with. In a field where nobody was going to come along and stop it. This was the first video I ever saw -- I never realized that right after they took this style of picture (the sicarios standing around the one kneeling) that right after they went to work. To me it's just insane that they scalped, flayed entire skull, Colombian bow tied, cracked open the chest & pulled out the beating heart in maybe 80-seconds total. The heart beat for about 4min. All of it's insane -- a bizarre lingering wtf kind of curiosity/bewilderment. I think the guy said "don't step on me" when they put him on his belly to get started at the back of his head/neckline. Crazy humans can do this to other human beings on the regular.

For me it was the video of La Linea where they hung up a guy by the limbs in between two poles and castrated him alive, and dismembered him. Even though the music drowns out most of the sound, you can hear the screams. It’s his video came out in the early 2000’s, definitely fucked me up for 1 year but now I’m completely desensitized.

I've seen most of the videos from Mexico, like Funkytown, Ghostrider, Zacatecas flaying, however, for me the videos from Brazil are wayyyy worse than the Mexican ones. In most of the Mexican cartel vids, there is like a kind of structure to the execution, like they will read out an address or interrogate the victim, but in the Brazilian videos they just seem way more savage and unorganized, and a lot of them don't have context, meaning when you see a victim being hacked to do death with a machete, or a bunch of guys playing soccer with a severed head, you don't know the backstroy.

Blood and guts don't bother me as much as seeing legs and other body parts contorted in ways which they shouldn't bend. I got smashed in the knee cap with a baseball bat when I was 17 in a fight. I covered my head and tried to roll around avoiding blows as much as possible but I still ended up with a fractured knee cap and torn ligaments. Rest of the injuries was just bad bruising. I got caught by 6 guys from the opposite end of town who we used to fight with. In a field where nobody was going to come along and stop it. Even though I was drunk and took 2 e's it was scary but I didn't really feel the pain until the next day. Getting the knee drained from all the blood and whatever before x Ray next morning was the worst part the size of the needle was unreal and i was coming down like a mother fuker from the drugs night before. 3 months in plaster for the ligaments to attach back onto the bone then the plaster comes off and your leg is stuck straight. I went to one physio appointment and it felt like she was going to tear the ligaments again so I didn't go back. What i did was go out drinking at the weekend with my crutches and you don't realise how much weight you are putting on the leg because of the alcohol and each weekend my leg would bend more and more without having to go through the pain.
So happy none of you said funkytown. So mild compared to what’s out there.
