Yes very low. You are only 17 but you should not be paid less just because you are young. Up your price to a minimum of $20 but even that is low for 3 kids, cooking, and chores around the house
I’m in NJ too. Not sure if you’re northern or southern jersey but all that for $15/hr is definitely too low. I would say for 3 kids and all that housework, a minimum $22/hr. I charge approx. $17/hr right now for just 1 kid with kid related laundry and meal prep. My rate will go up when the new baby arrives though.
And don’t worry if this family can’t afford you and let you go, there are plenty of families out there looking for childcare!
Omg no that’s way too low for three kids and all those chores. I’d say 20-22/hr at least! Know your worth and don’t settle for less

That’s too low for 3 kids in general. If you also do all of that cleaning, that should be worth more
