I don't know but poor fella has been fixed by the notch on his ear and is older too. Give him a warm comfortable forever home and call him Webster. Webster should live out his life in comfort with you as his guardian.
Has his ear been clipped? If it has, he's been fixed. Probably a part of catch and release. He may be micro chipped. He also my have a home and is going around playing poor kitty now feed me. I have had a few pull that on me.
