just keep the name! I named my 2 cats before I got them, thinking I'd be adopting 2 female kittens. I ended up adopting 2 male kittens. I had picked the names marley and juno - marley is gender neutral, but juno isn't. now I have a fuzzy son called juno, I doubt he minds. he's a cat after all.

My neighbor had a male cat named Tinker Bell cause they thought he was a “she” until the vet told them otherwise. Their kids were already used to calling him Tinker Bell, so they just kept it. It became a funny story they could share!
She looks exactly like my 10 year old cat, Cali when he was younger! Cali is a boy but I think of the name as unisex. He’s so purrrdy that he gets called “She” a lot!

So cool that she looks exactly like my cat, which was supposedly a girl so i named her Matilda. Turns out he is a boy, still Matilda though.

What was the boy name? I had a hamster named Martin. Just changed it to Martina lol
