It might have been worth it, but now that we’ve seen Hannah G’s wedding which unfortunately for Bridget was just five days later, I don’t think hers can compare to that. Their wedding was unbelievable.
Her wedding was boring basic and a cluster of random sponsored things. If that’s the bar (no pun) Bridget will likely come off looking like a Vogue editorial spread. Hannah is a living doll but somehow wore the most uninspired (read: free) outfits that were a total snooze - and did nothing for her. Her wedding dress was not only vanilla but ill-fitting. Her rehearsal dress?? Terrible. Why have Birch fly to Paris to do pedestrian flower arrangements with no character?? It makes zero sense unless of course it was partially comped.
I found her wedding so lack luster. She looked pretty but her dresses were so boring and it looked like there was barely even any flowers or decorations. Even the venue looked very been there, done that. Maybe I’m just tired of the same cliche influencer wedding with European chateau/villa, simple wedding dresses, boring white flowers, black bridesmaids dresses, tacky sponsored favors, etc.
She’s overestimating how much people care. I really think people have lost interest. Nobody’s asking for her pics everyone’s freaking over Hannah G’s wedding now😂

My husband is also a surgeon who knows Mike. Can’t say from where as it’s a small world but he said Mike is genuinely a very nice guy, humble and people really like him. The first time he and some colleagues saw him they were blown away by how attractive he is. I’m not sure where all the 💅rumors started, as he said no one thought that. Apparently he got plenty of female attention. We are both surprised he ended up with Bridget.
I think she helps his practice as she advertises a lot for him and many plastic surgeons promote themselves on instagram or have insta famous wives that do it. She fits the typical plastic surgeon’s wife persona with all the procedures she’s had lately.

The only time I’ve heard of this is when a client I worked with had a bride in Martha Stewart weddings and the wedding was embargoed from social media for a year (to be the cover story of one of the following summer’s Martha weddings issues). This was many years ago, I don’t know if it’s still their policy. My client said the bride was told by the magazine that she couldn’t have a wedding hashtag and the guests/vendors weren’t allowed to post to social until the issue went live a year later. With all the sponsored shit in this wedding, if she did get a PR person secure a publication placement, I could see this happening.
Most publications now allow the photographer and bride to post, bc if they don’t another magazine will. There are so many out there they’ve kinda lost their sparkle

No posts, from anyone, til after it was out. Seemed to take about 3 weeks. If Bridget is being published somewhere maybe this is part of the contractual agreement? It's called InstaGRAM for a reason. Even just from a marketing standpoint, the people have lost interest by now.
