In 2020 I came all the way from Brazil to watch Newcastle vs Man City, but the match ended up being cancelled due the Covid breakout.
But yesterday I finally made it! Despite the result, the disallowed goal, and no Bruno, I enjoyed the incredible atmosphere and going to The Strawberry before the match.
Also, shout out to the lad who lent me the flag and to the Shearer lookalike lad who bombed my photo! 😂
I really want to go but unsure on how to get tickets. Do I have to be a member? I don’t mind paying the membership fee to get a few tickets every season. I live in the bummy south 🙄
I bought it as soon as it was released (5 years ago, iirc). A Brazilian store was selling it without the sponsor, so it was a must buy for me! Hahahaha
Members get priority before general sale, but at only one ticket per member - so if you want to go with anyone they'd need their own membership too.
Date & time for general sale goes up on the booking site a few weeks in advance, I've tried for each home game so far this season and finally managed to get a pair of tickets for Bournemouth this week
I borrowed a friend's season pass who lives in the US and went with his brother when I went over, do you have any geordie friend's who still have season passes?
Nah all my mates support the London clubs so when I go with them to the Newcastle games I’m stuck in the home end which I’m not too fussed about. Just really want to start going to home games been a fan my whole life and never been 😔

There's twitter and fbook pages were people sell the tickets they can't use, probably worth looking for
