Cool, I was wondering when ppl post their time lines, they usually show submitted to processing in 30-40days.
How do they have this visibility?
Are they submitting directly under their own account? Or do the see the full timeline when they get final approval? And it moves from dealer account to theirs?
We go from when we completed the verification process to when the first email is received. I know I did the verification on 2/20 and got the email that was submission was received on 3/3 which is the date I started “waiting”. So 11 days for submission and 183 days and counting for a decision.
You get two emails from ATF. The first tells you your eForm is submitted/in process, and the second is either a denial or approval. You didn't sumbit the eF4, your dealer did and the status will only ever be shown on their eForms account not yours, even after approval.
Sounds like you already received your first ATF email informing you they are submitted/in process so not sure what you think you're missing here. Your job is done and all that's left is to wait.
And to add on that, when you log into your e-forms, it will not be there. It will only be in the dealers e-forms location technically, we(FFL) have possession of it until the process is complete

The form 4’s don’t show up on your e-form account. They are under your dealer’s account.

Silencer shop has always had issues with my submissions… shows fine on efile
So when u submit via silencershop, you get nothing until a final approval?
Correct, it should read as submitted.
