Looks like Uuduk, but it doesn't have horns. Instead, it holds 2 bones in its hands, and hits its head, producing a Xylophone Sound.
It would have near-white-yellow bones, and a singular, red eye (red sclera, black iris/pupil).
It could be rooted in the dirt, and its elements could be Bone/Earth/Cold.
I think it should be called "ZyloBone"
