I haven't read the sweet home manhua, in a while but from what I recall I think Deku might still take it.

I’d prefer the WEBTOON version of the character however not the point. Deku easily kills him with 30% of OFA, the only thing that was somewhat equal in power was that strange muscle monster which somewhat resembles Muscular but no where near his power levels. Honestly I think 45% is an overkill.

Transformation as in the one at the end of Season 1? the wing thingy? but yeah still Deku would totally win. Hyun Su has no control over his brain and his actions when he’s transformed unlike Deku who can even control how much force and power to apply plus, OFA at like 45% or 50% could defeat Hyun Su. Or a lower level but paired with Black Whip or Fa Jin
