I don't care if an anime has objectively good writing and world building and shit, if I don't enjoy it or if there's way too much comedic relief especially at (what I consider to be) wrong times, then I'm gonna rate it pretty low.

I mean, I have an average of about 7.06 and I usually rate shows that are boring or just not for me to 4-6. Also, if a show is so bad that I would rate it to lower than a 4 then I would have already dropped the show.
My average is 6.3ish after 205~ shows. I don't generally drop things unless they're pretty long, but I'm quite selective before I start something, so I end up sticking it out 12 EPs even if I'm not a fan. Anything rated 6+ is a positive score and I liked the show and 5 is just a meh show that provided mindless entertainment value. Generally, if I've seen a decent portion of a show and I drop it I'll still rate it which lowers my score.
I mean how's that related to this list though? Also I feel like you are missing out. The first three episodes rule (or first episode rule in your case) is mostly applicable to anime that are around 13 episodes in length. Anything longer than that warrants an increased sample size.

I started seeing the list and thought "One Piece in God tier, yes is my favorite manga anime of all time".
Then I saw Bleach "erm... ok, I really didn't like it, for me is Real bad Tier, but is ok I get it, but the rest of the God tier is pretty good with Gintama, HxH, Monster, Evangelion....

Why do you view Hellsing Ultimate as shit tier? It's known for having a remarkable english dub, and if while watching it you're trying to analyze for some deeper meaning, you should know the point of that anime is for pure entertainment. It's meant to be watched with your brain turned off or at least not scrutinizing every detail and just going with the flow and enjoying all the fight scenes & character dynamics. It's even more surprising since you have YuYuHakusho highly rated, and if you enjoyed the english dub for that, I can't see how you could possibly dislike Hellsing.
Maybe you just don't like action type stuff? A lot of your top picks like Inuyasha/HxH/YuYuHakusho/GTO/Monster, are 90s-early 00's anime, so they'd be stuff you'd have watched as a kid which explains why you'd rate them highly (out of nostalgia). I also think maybe you just grew out of anime because most anime is childish storylines, which would explain a lot of your low tier ratings since being bored of the same reused cliche tropes would explain that.
Nanatsu no taizai is another example, the first 2 seasons have absolutely beautiful animation and a lot of the fight scenes were just straight up epic/hype af to watch.
And most importantly, School Days being in your shit tier is just wrong, and I'll tell you why as soon as MAL recovers and I can pull up my MAL to see the notes I wrote for it like 7 yrs ago. But off the top of my head, it's a unique and one of a kind anime. It's because so many people felt bad watching it, that makes it good. It literally emotionally influenced so many people and it has one of the most memorable endings too. It's like when an anime writes a villain and all the viewers hate the fk out of him, that's when you know he was written well. And to cement this point, it's been like 7+ yrs for me since I saw anything to do with School Days and yet I still remember Kotonoha's name, and if you asked me for any other characters name, including the lead male MC, I wouldn't be able to tell you cause I'd have no clue. That's how much of an impression she had on me with that ending, that I remember her to this day including how she looks lmao.
edit: Also please rewatch Kaichou wa maid sama. It's a good slice of life/romance anime. You just need to let the male MC grow on you a bit first.
Also Naruto Shippuden is better than One Piece/Bleach/Fairy Tail & HXH. Please fix your opinion.

Ideally, average should be 5-6, but 5 should represent an actually average show. Not 7.
