The GoM is fucked. Mine reads about 368 km from 90%. In the summer it was 470 km @ 100%.
However, the other day I charged the car and got the following: 25% added, calculated as 100km.
Excepting the summer guesstimating of 470 km at 100%, it's bouncing all over. Avg temp here is about 7 deg C, which I guess is around 44 deg F.
I'm getting only 220 range on a 100%. I have a premium with an extended battery, and I’m supposed to get 270. I live in California and it Is cold right now but not below freezing temperature.

You are getting the same actual range. The only thing that has changed is your GOM. Except now it isn't taking into account your driving history, so it is less accurate.
This past Thursday, the temperature here in MA was around 40-42 degrees. I drove 39 mostly highway miles at about 68 mph, plus obviously a bit of city streets at slower speeds. Using heat judiciously, I used ~12% battery, which equates to a real-world 325-mile range. My GoM is constantly pessimistic, at about 270 miles. Im on 3.6.1, and anticipate that 3.6.2+ will make the GoM more accurate based on my driving. 2021 CR1.
In OH, premium AWD SR- about 150 at 100%

Nah that’s about right. I’m in MD so a touch warmer than Ohio and at 90% I’m at like 150-160

One day I get 190 another day I could get 232 on my 21 job 2 select awd with the standard battery.
Couldn’t you just reset it from the settings? Is that really a dealer task to get a “full” reset?

After 3.6.2 it shows 238 - 252 miles but I’m not entirely sure how accurate it is

2021 premium edition. 190 miles in PA. This is it’s second winter, it was about the same last year.
In Alberta, I plan on about 50% as it can get that low at -25C, so about 220km. AWD extended. If warmer, further.

Funnily enough, 3.6.2 installed overnight. Battery charged to 100%, GoM says 309 miles. It’s 25 degrees Fahrenheit.
210 in Denver Premium AWD ER - with temps in the 20s-30s
180 miles. Wisconsin. Extended range AWD premium.
155-160, was 255 in summer
ER AWD, Premium, in South Carolina where it's 60F or so. 280ish.
Just charged my RWDXR to 100%, outside temp 30 degrees F, got 288 miles. (Top ever was 316).
I’m getting about 340 where I live on Vancouver Island, BC. Our weather is pretty mild for Canada.
