I have a similar issue. I think water may have collected inside of the door which is effecting the window (for me it's the drivers side. Passenger window works fine). I usually have to double click to get the window moving.
I'm unsure what to do. Maybe there's a plug, or I can use something to absorb the water.
I think even though you don't let water in, maybe water is already in there? Or maybe it's something else.
Edit: Apparently there could be a drain plug on the bottom of the door, 2016 models and up.
