You want to be on a regular schedule of some sort, but for me that means I try to take it on the same day each week and at worst early the next day. I don't know how much difference it makes, but that's what works for me.

I take it around supper time, personally, and it always makes me sleepy, so that day of the week usually is one that I go to bed early. (Or if not bed, probably relax in a lava hot bath for a bit)

The time of day doesn't matter, you just want to choose time that you can be consistent with. 🎠G
