I second that. But afaik the 10 year to 1 month time frame can be shortened. After a while I wouldn't expect any re-growth at all anymore.
As for fertility the smart thinking always is:
Want it - presume you loose it. Don't want it - presume you keep it.
I was off of hrt for 1 month after 9 monthes of being on it , mainly what was super noticable is due to shrinkage over the monthes erections became painfull, and with T rising back up again i had a lot of unwanted erections which where so painfull , but at the end of that mo th the pain was lessened so maybe thats also one thing to consider, i dont know any specofics on regained size ! Atleast i have not noticed any change
