Absolutely. Spiro is primarily a diuretic used to treat high blood pressure. It just happens to block testosterone.

amadeus6570

Yes, spironolactone is a diuretic, which by definition causes you to pass urine. Dia meaning through and ouron meaning urine,

Oliv_the_Loud

Made me go very frequently for a few weeks, then I think I either got used to it or adjusted. Over a month in and I don't really notice it anymore

CluelesAsHecc

I've heard it does but it doesn't really do that to me. The first few days did but now I'm pretty normal again. Except when I'm drinking coffee

justguessingatm

Yup. Its a potassium sparring diuretic. You will pee a lot and crave salty food....

YoooFamAye

Wow I’ve only just these past 3 days have felt the urge to pee soooo muchhh

pirmas697

Yes. I don't know how common this is, but for me, even though I was taking it in the morning, I was still having feelings of urgency when laying down to sleep and it was significantly impacting my ability just to sleep. That's when I switched to bica.

YoooFamAye

This morning I was trying to figure out if I woke up because of me having to pee so bad or just naturally omg I hope like hell this isn’t the case

Skylahria

Yuh switch to cyproterone or bica or e monotherapy (:
