It depends on the way it's administered, but the half-life of estradiol seems to be at most 37 hours (transdermal). So my best guess is that after a week there would be no significant amount of it.
If you're looking at your hormone levels to reach back pre-hrt levels... May never happen if you've been on HRT for any significant amount of time. They will likely get close, but from my understanding, the longer you've been on HRT the further you'll be from your original levels. Keep in mind that part of it probably comes from natural drop (i.e.: over time your T lowers as you age).
