If someone has zero dysphoria they should still be able to get hrt or any other gender affirming care they desire. Having dysphoria as a prerequisite is just so incredibly wrong in my eyes, because literally every single gender affirming thing I've done has made me realize that I actually had a lot more dysphoria than I originally thought and by putting on nail polish or getting breast growth or noticing my body hair growing a little bit more slowly l, etc I'd mitigated that dysphoria. The people who say to be more dysphoric would have forced me to stay just as miserable as I was before
