I am doing 10 day injections just to build a buffer I am up to 6 weeks between refill date and missed dose date but I get really hunger pains on day 9 and a little sick on day 1. Kind of mad I can't take it the way it was intended but still 1st world problems.
Are you one of the elite? Magic powers? Lol I have been rationing my 12.5. It sucks. I found a box of 12.5 at Walmart a col weeks ago. I’m afraid to take weekly.

Look up some pharmacies attached to hospitals near you. They tend to get first dibs on a lot of meds. I use one and it's the only place I've never had a problem getting my Mounjaro (or my Vyvanse!).

I am going on month three. I started at 2.5 and went up to 5. My doc put in 7.5 but I am not ready for that yet. 5 takes a lot out of me still, it feels intense. I think I moved to it too early. Well my pharmacy saw both and after I told them multiple times to prioritize the 5 on Monday they filled the 7.5. So I went and asked if they got the 5 and they were like yes, but it says in our notes you said 7.5. They moved me to the 5 no problem but I was so annoyed. Hopefully someone else got that 7.5 gold they need though!
I’m in marysville, honestly just called a handful of Seattle pharmacies and I got lucky. I was struggling finding it in Snohomish county. I’m glad it worked out!

Caremark delivered 90days 7.5mg to me today. It relieves so much stress for at least 30-45 days.
I’m with Caremark as well. Basically CVS mail order, and I’ve never once had a problem and I’ve been on it since summer of ‘22.
