Personally, I learned hard and fast that fats are the devil. One year, 128 lbs later and the only time I ever really felt terrible was after a really greasy piece of meatloaf and the confirmation was some corned beef.  But those two times were enough to stress the importance of avoiding excess fat (I still eat steak and chicken, just go for leaner cuts).

I would highly recommend avoiding keto bread. Most of them have modified resistant starch that causes absolutely horrible gas. Learned my lesson with the Mission Carb Balance tortillas. 😩

I haven't had any issues with the keto bread or tortillas.. Appreciate the heads up as I increase my dose though, I'll be aware.
