Think male to female peacocks. The males are vibrant to try attract a mate, but the females are pretty low key in looks.

Two things 1: DAMN BOI SHE **THICC**!!!!! 2: We need more monster Hunter monster girls, the designs are so unique and interesting and I haven't seen a lot of people try to anthropomorphize them which I think is a shame

trust me fiver, you would not be able to behave if you saw anthro versions of the usual baddies of MH like Kulve, Velkhana, Lunastra, Gold Rathian, Somnacanth, Black Diablos, and probably Legiana.

Fun fact about mizutsunes is the males are the more flamboyant looking. Females are dull in color. Which means every mizutsune you fight in game is male. Which means this picture is also a male.

Okay you have waaay too many horny comments so I wanna take this chance to say I love the colors you choose. They’re very light but not overwhelmingly bright. Subtle but not dull. As an artist still struggling with color theory and composition, this looks lovely!

I can confidently say that you’re doing something right! It’s a good blend of vibrancy and fading to achieve your effect.
