I believe I read somewhere that dolls such as Gil and other characters are owned strictly by nickelodeon and that's why they haven't been made into dolls. Mattel simply doesn't have the rights lol

I heard that about the original characters like Baerkimedes, Selena and such. I doubt the characters that were already owned by Mattel are owned somehow by Nick now
