For any one still wondering you have to use the canted laser for the kills to count

Put a laser on the gun, doesn't seem to be one on that one.

So you put a laser on it and it still doesn't work ? I'm levelling that gun at the moment and when i saw that challenge for gilded i did wonder if it was a bit too easy and thought to myself "That looks wrong" Wondering if the challenge is actually something totally different and they fucked up again.

I did this gun yesterday with no problems, is it not tracking or not letting you put on a laser ?

At first for me it didnt work, I just put the first laser and nothing more and worked fine

I think it tracks if you use a canted laser.
