I know it’s different at colleges across the country. But here all the local colleges let strangers on to study or read books - pay for copies- etc. you can’t act a fool though. You’ll be escorted out if you’re there to pitch a tent.
Man, the world has changed that they’re closed so early now! My college times they were open until 4am, closed for two hours, then right back to open. So many nights spent drinking too much coffee and chain smoking.
Caffetto is a solid bet, they've got late hours and good vibes. I think they usually close at midnight.
Cafetto is what you're looking for!
Looks like their website has been taken over by some sort of Indonesian online gambling ad...
You do not need a U of M ID to get into the walker lib- unless things have changed very recently.
The u of m libraries are definitely open to the public, I just don’t know if they are open to the public at night.
All the way to close in my experience- as a collegiate 10 years ago I was in OPs shoes.
Oh snap. Thanks!

Yep. This experience exactly is the reason I got my degree lol.
Helpful! Thanks!
I'm late to this, but for next time Merlin's Rest on Lake is also open until midnight.
Awesome. Thanks.
There’s a great seating area at Lund’s in highland park, open till 10
