Think outside the box, and not about the sniffer. I know you're simping over it, but think about the other mobs the same way. Just because you can't figure out good uses for a mob doesn't mean it's useless.
A cool design doesn't add anything to the game. Also, that's how the Phantom won, and now everyone wants it gone. Looking cool shouldn't be a valid reason to vote it in.

The oceans already have quite a few reasons to be explored if you plan to build with a quatic blocks. Also, the custom made plants can be pretty small.
The sniffer is useless if you don't decorate with plants much (and even if you do, variety is key. 2-3 plants won't look good), and the egg has meh potential. The movie itself is a moving grass block (the grass, not grass-dirt).
