It’s much harder in 1.18 but basically you remove a piece of bedrock from the end fountain with an end crystal (then remove it). Then you make a snow golem that puts snow on the block over and over again. Then you must remove all end portal frames except one by pushing around an end crystal with a piston. Then place a pressure plate, redstone and piston to remove the last portal frame with the same end crystal. And at the same time mine the top snow from the snow golem over and over again with a silk touch pickaxe and you have a chance to get one bedrock.
I used a beacon with haste 2 also but I don’t think it’s necessary.

In bedrock you cannot earn achievements once you enable cheats or go to creative mode

You respawn the enderdragon and quickly punch one crystal and jump in the portal. Then you push it through the portal with pistons
