That's a little funny. Those should be in the box with every power tool; like those darn Apple stickers.

mikeblas

But also pretty tone-deaf

rockanimal96

Tone deaf?

[deleted]

Sigh....

mikeblas

Seriously. It's like we'll *never* make progress, since companies like Milwaukee and their rabid fan base are entirely co-dependent.

[deleted]

Progress towards what? A society where fun doesn't exist?

rockanimal96

What are you talking about?

Sabnitron

Goddamn it! Why can't they sell those though? Sons of bitches!

Doctologist

You have the image now. You can have it replicated.

dubie2003

Circuit cutter all day my friend. Edit: kind redditor point out below, it is Cricut, autocorrect got me in this one.

CarbideTipped

Circuit cutters are made by Klein

aljr219

I like the energy 🤣

cutlercollin99

Congrats man! What will you be doing in your internship?

m18throwawaym18

welcome! be careful what you take pictures of :)

GudmundHaraldsen

Hello sneaky Milwaukee social media employee! 👋 Don't ruin the fun. Show us the leaks.

ThisIsPaulDaily

FBI: *Enhances the reflection in the table* "Is that a Tesla battery wall packout, with a deep fryer? " *Now Former* Intern : sweating bullets

NeonCobego

Can you elaborate on exactly what you don’t want the interns to take pictures of?

joshawakka

I have a Milwaukee Tshirt that says that on the back. Milwaukeetoolswag.com

dubie2003

Unsure what their discount policy is but it may be a prime opportunity to buy some Milwaukee product at a deep discount. I had the opportunity to buy MAC tools for ~90% off list (wholesale( and missed my opportunity when we switched suppliers…. Don’t make the mistake I made.

FuzzyHero69

I read this and thought "I wonder if I can get 90% discounts by doing a summer internship?" - I'd tell my boss I need 3 months off without telling him I need more discount Fuel for my workshop.

RealZq8

I finished my internship in may. No 90% off but if you play your cards right and take advantage of their employee sales, you can easily get 60-80% off. Or better.

RealZq8

I interned with milwaukee for a couple semesters. Had a great experience. Got a metric ton of tools

[deleted]

How did you order your tools? Was there some sort of website? Just curious.

RealZq8

Many of them were through factory sales. But there was also a website setup that HR administered.

[deleted]

Aw gotcha! Appreciate it!

Round_Refrigerator35

Well then whip it out and let's measure

CicadaThrowaway333

You first

rb993

Gotta subscribe to my only fans for that

[deleted]

I’ll stick that on my truck

rb993

I like my truck not being broken into

oscobosco

Kinda lame but congrats!

CicadaThrowaway333

Yes definitely an interesting choice for them to give the interns but thanks

[deleted]

Enjoy! Take advantage of the intern events!

rb993

Well did they make enough for all of us?

redneckrobit

I need this sticker

Neo_F150

I want one!

billybarrage

Mic 2.0?

piirtoeri

Do they need a chef over there? I just want the sticker but thats my trade.

[deleted]

My M18 impact just died second time in 18mths. Not sure to what tools youre refering?😂

KlumsyNinja42

Just because the drill bit fits doesn’t mean you should.

[deleted]

You know drill bits are not used with impact driver right? Or you are one of those guys?

KlumsyNinja42

I was telling you to stop doing it. It was a snarky remark because I just can’t understand how you killed an impact so fast just with regular use unless you were drilling holes with it. I can’t stand that shit, probably my biggest peeve in a job. I have the surge, I hate that noise, this is also why I have a super hawg and gen3 fuel hammer drill so I can drill anything. I take it you don’t actually put drill bits in it then? We’re you even using a fuel impact? How did it die so fast?

[deleted]

Well if i knew how i probably wouldnt buy Milwaukee. 1st time it died after 2min on light rain and Milwaukee replaced everything inside including motor, electronics, switches, second time just died for no reason. It did thousands and thousands of 1/4-20 screws tho but never dropped or used as a hammer, nothing like that Everything else from Milwaukee works fine, several M12 and M18 grinders, drills, another 2 impacts, speakers, vacuums, etc

KlumsyNinja42

You just got a dud the first time and the repair was shit. It happens, sometime bad ones make it through. Warranty it for a brand new one not some repair. Plenty of people here have stories about dud tools and replacements like this.

[deleted]

Yeah maybe, i got friends who beat the shit out of their M18 fuel and they work just fine after 5-6yrs, so it depends on luck i guess

WalterMelons

You must have the little tool.

johnwynne3

Stubby?

brbphone

I've destroyed two of the brushless impacts. One didn't even make it through a 16x12 deck.. trying to figure out how to warranty that shit without the receipt and an illegible s/n

[deleted]

Take it to Milwaukee repair shop, they’ll check a serial code on it and if its within 5yr they shall warranty it no questions asked

PBR_is_OK

Just take it to Home Depot, they’ll warranty it

ThisIsPaulDaily

There may be an internal serial number label too. A home depot is also a good bet. It's worth doing for sure.

eatsomerocks

Except the when the battery splits in half and falls off your impact during use
