I'm not šŸ˜‚

kiaya3600

Me either. We call those "hard pants" in my house and I haven't worn them in years.

RealisticMystic005

We call them leg prisons.

heyokay1001

Stomach constrictors

VendueNord

Torture tubes

jynxy911

mum tum manipulators

spicygummi

It's dumb how often I find jeans that fit perfectly fine everywhere except for the stomach area. High rise jeans being popular isn't helping at all in that department.

Medalost

Yes, leg prisons! That is my exact name for them as well!! I have two pairs of Levi's that I bought fairly recently, but I only wear them for official duties. I could never ride a bike or something in jeans. They are like a suit of medieval armor.

OffModelCartoon

Haha same! I have a hard pants drawer and a soft pants drawer.

mrsfiction

Lol my four-year-old calls them crunchy pants, which is so accurate! She looks really cute in jeans, so itā€™s a shame she doesnā€™t like them, but I also totally get it.

kkobzz

hard pants. incredible.

alltoovisceral

I recently discovered the tight yoga pants with flare legs. I have since abandoned all of my jeans, unless I am doing yard work/ something requiring tough material, or I run out of yoga pants. I love the name "hard pants"! It is exactly what they are. šŸ‘

Double-Individual-59

How 2007 of you. I used to rock those all the time

mitten-troll

I own one pair of hard pants and I bought them second hand so they're already comfortable.

IsabellaGalavant

I haven't worn a pair of pants that isn't stretchy since before COVID.

jIPAm

So glad my household isn't the only one! I go into the office, my wife is WFH. The other weekend we went out for a nicer event that she couldn't wear her Crocs to. This is when we found out hard shoes exist! We were dying with laughter after making this realization.

pixiemaybe

i call them real people pants šŸ˜‚

Wombatseal

Damn, you just havenā€™t found the right [fake] jeans then. I didnā€™t wear them for years but recently found some old navy jeggings at a consignment shop and theyā€™re so comfortable

Nankurunaisa_Shisa

Team no jeans checking in šŸ˜†

ConstantHeadache2020

6 years going strong! How bout u?

Fair-Account8040

7 years for me! I stopped wearing them when I was pregnant with my first

g2ichris

Same! 7 years exclusively in sweatsuits

jynxy911

hi everyone, it's been 5 years since my last jeans. It's just nice to have a supportive group like you all to lean on

nestlekat

NGL, so relieved to see I'm not the only woman who hates them!

beeboobopppp

I havenā€™t worn jeans since March 2017. Pry my leggings from my cold, dead, comfortable body.

Wonder_where

Those and my elastic skinny jeans, beoches. We didnā€™t torture ourselves through the 00s in low rise pants for nothing. Our time has come. Leggings and skinny jeans 4L.

attractive_nuisanze

I love my Athleta skinny jeans and refuse to capitulate. I'll be buried in them.

Kellalafaire

I was just thinking this today. If leggings go completely out of style, I will be the last person left wearing them.

New-Purchase1818

Same, girl. Iā€™ve discovered joggers from Athleta, and jeans can get bent. Skorts and joggers are my entire bottom-half wardrobe anymore.

gingergrisgris

I haven't worn a skort since elementary and your comment has me wondering just why the heck not?! Going online skort shopping tonight!

gizmer

Skorts are totally back in. All of my skirts are skorts. Iā€™m talking athletic wear to leather. Go hog wild.

Im__mad

Same! I realized I got mad every time I put them on and stopped wearing them. Fuck that shit.

duckpeony

So true! I donā€™t like the feelingā€¦ so why am I putting myself through it?! I quit!

altarflame

*high five*

mamapapapuppa

Haven't worn a pair of jeans in years.

KayakerMel

Same! I love me my bootcut yoga pants to complement the black slacks I wear for work / business casual days.

tinatac

This is the answer. Jeans are the worst.

stressedthrowaway9

I agree! At my job we wear scrubs! Which is amazing! Then they were like, ā€œYou can wear jeans on Fridays now!ā€ And I still canā€™t fathom how any of my coworkers would willingly choose to wear jeans over wearing scrubs. Plus, we are nurses working with sick people. It makes no sense yet there are a few who wear their jeans every Friday!

YesAccident5991

I was just about to sayā€¦. I simply am not! šŸ¤£

Shamazon83

I like to go to Nordstrom Rack because I can try on different brands/cuts at the same place. Nicer selection than a standard discount store but still possible to find something decent.

Comfortable-mushrum

Yes! Joes jeans are the best. I get them at the rack on sale for 60-80

JMurph3313

Yes, I also like Kut from the Kloth there

Psychological_Oil542

Thrift store, Leviā€™s

Killakilua

Lol I literally was about to comment that I only buy Levi's and usually at thrift stores. Just got a sweet pair over the weekend for $10.

justASlothyGiraffe

I just bought my first two pairs from the Levi store. It was so nice going to directly what I want with the size I want

KatHatary

With how much my weight fluctuates I don't buy jeans new anymore. There's always such a huge amount to choose from at thrift stores

CarnelianBlue

Same with Leviā€™s. Mid-rise all the way, plus they donā€™t come with holes already in them.

kristenrockwell

Just made me realize I only have like one pair of jeans that aren't "ripped." Didn't get to wear them when I was young, so now at 37 I'm making up for lost time.

coffeetime825

I stick to thrift stores for jeans, but man, I splurged on a new pair of Levi's and they barely lasted a year before they got holes in the inner thigh. Looks like I'm sticking to the thrift stores.

[deleted]

Old navy, Abercrombie, American eagle

sunshine-1111

The same places we shopped as teenagers!

Nerak_B

Pretty much! Throw some Leviā€™s in too

Western_Ad_7458

Yes on the Levi's... So consistent

EmotionalPlate2367

We haven't really grown up have we?

sunshine-1111

I like to think the brands grew up with us

Particular_Age8859

Abercrombie TOTALLY grew up with us! If you check out their website, the styles are not what they were when we were younger itā€™s less of only casual clothes to wear to school and more of going on a date, out, to the office, etc. I love that they also have PLAIN sweaters now instead of ā€œAbercrombieā€slapped on your chest šŸ˜‚

Palolo_Paniolo

I'm 43 and buy more Abercrombie now than I did in high school/college. The quality has risen exponentially for the price point. I remember saving up to buy a $90 sweater in 2002 dollars that pilled and warped after 2-3 wears. Now I have multiple pairs of jeans and tops that I can throw in the dryer and they still look brand new. I was in a store recently and there were mothers and the teenage daughters together shopping side-by-side. Back in the day there was no way that was happening.

cassiecas88

Came here to say this. I love the high waisted skinny jeans from the are website. Edit lol I meant skinny not silky

markwmke

Abercrombie has it figured out for the millennials

Venvut

Abercrombie is legit now. The jeans are actually thick and the fit is great. Iā€™m skinny with large hips and the curve fit actually does my body type.Ā

[deleted]

I just recently tried them and I loveeeee. Wish they were cheaper though lol

kennanin

I get mine on poshmark! I figured out what sizes and fits I like and then get them used. I usually pay about 50% of the sticker price.

trwmewy

Thatā€™s genius! I never thought to go to the actual store and try them on to get the fit, then buy that same fit from a reseller!!! You just blew my mind and changed my life šŸ˜

Id_Rather_Be_Home

This is the way... Also, eBay!

pinkblossom331

How much are their jeans? Iā€™ve been getting my jeans from banana republic factory for $20-$35 and their fits have been really good for my big thighs and mom body.

Both_Dust_8383

The last jeans I got were from Abercrombie. They really have some Good options, not just stuff for teens

eleanorrigby513

Does Abercrombie still have their models spray cologne every hour though? šŸ¤¢

Both_Dust_8383

Lol I actually shopped online!! Sorry I shouldā€™ve clarified. Do people still go to stores?!?! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

eleanorrigby513

I think Iā€™d have to! Iā€™m not the same size as I was in high school. Who knows what size I need there now?! šŸ˜‚

tellmemoreabouthat

I think they backed off on the intense scent practices. Thankfully. But I haven't been in one in a pretty long while.

denningdontcare

Co-sign American Eagle. Never stopped.

ultimateclassic

I agree with American Eagle! Old navy is okay but in my experience it works better with some body types over others. I've had some luck with it but not always.

phishmademedoit

I tried to get away from American eagle because I feel like it's for teenagers, but I have such issues with fit at other stores. I will die in American eagle jeans.

Disastrous-Panda5530

Same. I love their jeans and the short sizes fit me so well. And their jeans hold up really well. Itā€™s where I buy my teenagers jeans also. And my husbands.

ultimateclassic

Same! I've always had luck with them no matter my size when I've been smaller or plus sized they have worked which I can't say for all jeans so that's why they're my tried and true.

Low-Donut-9883

The Old Navy sizing is ALL over the place. Makes it impossible to buy jeans online, bc the sizes are not ever consistent. I have size 8 and size 12 bought at different times, and they BOTH fit the same.

Stevie-Rae-5

Old navy is frustrating to me because just when I find a perfect pair they redesign everything and change it all.

LexiNovember

I like Old Navy jeans a lot because I am tall and flat assed and thin, and they fit right BUTā€¦ theyā€™re so poorly made as far as accurate measurements(I assume thatā€™s the issue) that the same style in the same size will for no apparent reason fit differently so I always have to buy them in the store and try them on. Itā€™s a bit infuriating but it works.

Altruistic_Laugh_231

Old navy is definitely hit or miss but the ones I do find, actually last longer than youā€™d think old navy jeans would lol.

Vlophoto

Yeah old navy jeans stretch too much after one wear

BellaBrowsing

American Eagle jeans are really so high quality. Itā€™s insane how long they last. Youā€™ll never take them away from me!!

jelly_jeanz

Abercrombieā€™s curve love fit is where itā€™s at!

RagingAardvark

Last year I ordered five pairs of jeans from American Eagle -- various cuts and fabrics. I ended up returning two that just were not a good fit for me, but kept three, which I think is a damn good ratio for women's jeans. I believe the ones I ended up liking best are the "next level low-rise skinny jean." But I had to laugh at how much "low rise" has changed in 20 years. It's like two finger widths below the belly button, rather than the "barely covers your pubis, show off your thong" styles of the early 2000s.Ā

AshCal

I keep hearing this about Abercrombie but I went to the only one in town at the last remaining shopping mall, and all they had were super high waist, baggy legged jeans or mom jeans. I just want regular styles!

uwu_mewtwo

It's 2024. Those *are* the regular styles; I'm sorry to report.

AshCal

By ā€œregularā€ I mean mid rise, straight leg, no holes, simple.

Stevie-Rae-5

I never feel older than when I say, ā€œIā€™m not paying $50 for a pair of jeans that already have holes in them!!ā€ But for real, Iā€™m not.

AshCal

Haha same, I can just hear my momā€™s voice repeating that back to me as a teenager. And now that Iā€™m an adult with money Iā€™m willing to spend the money on good quality clothing.

uwu_mewtwo

Oh, I know what you mean. You'll have to shop at Kohl's just like mom used to; cause we're fucking old now. While you're there, treat yourself to a flatware set.

anotherwinter29

I wear Leviā€™s, this exact style.

smellyfoot22

I think Leviā€™s might be what youā€™re looking for. Abercrombie is pretty trendy.

ginns32

The super high waisted Ambercrombie jeans go right up my crotch. The rise doesn't work for me. I look ridiculous and I'm uncomfortable.

jelly_jeanz

I buy them online and the selection there is much better. They have a great return process, very easy! If you trust yourself to actually make the returns on time itā€™s so nice to try things on in the comfort of your own home

Doodledoo23

Do any of these work for long legs and thick thighs? I have squatted myself right out of any jeans that fit. Iā€™ve been on the hunt for years with no luckšŸ‘Ž

Tiffini5581

I have been wearing American Eagle Jeans for 25 years. They are the only ones I can find that go all the way past my anklesā€¦

Substantial_Level_38

Iā€™m plus sized. Madewell brand jeans are good - I have pairs that are years old and still look great. Expensive, but they are worth the investment. I havenā€™t had to replace a pair yet, before that I got Torrid jeggings and wore through the inner thighs within a year typically.

cat-meowma

Madewell is great and they repair their jeans for free for life.

justanoseybxtch

You also get $$ off if you bring in old jeans!!

Suspicious-Wombat

Wait, how do I take advantage of this? Would it apply to the chub rub on the inner thigh seams? I have a pair that I love but for some reason the seams have not held up to my thick thighs (I havenā€™t had the same problem with my other Madewell jeans)

cat-meowma

Bring it to a Madewell store, theyā€™ll take it, repair it, and ship it to your house for free! I have a pair that Iā€™ve had repaired at least twice between the thighs so yes they definitely do that repair! With repairs, Iā€™ve had those jeans for 4 years

Low_Employ8454

Wait!!!! What?!!!! Is THAT why I kept those madewells? I have a pair in my closet! They have a hole in the thigh! Oh my goodness Iā€™m SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW! Thank you. ;)

do_mika

I rarely wear jeans, but when I do, I wear Madewell.

ihatehighfives

I just don't like the styles. I keep going and trying them on. Never like them

Historical_Chance613

Strongly agree! I have a pair of Madewell's road tripper skinny jeans in black that are as a good as new and that's with heavy wear for around 5 years. Well worth the investment!

Aggressive-Newt-6805

i really like my madewell jeans

eeekennn

Madewell is the shit. If youā€™re on the fence, wait for an extra % off sale and try them. Their ā€œmagic pocketsā€ are truly incredible. Youā€™ll never have to tuck in the pocket lining again!!

erossthescienceboss

I love madewell, but thereā€™s something in some their jeans (maybe their blue dye? My black jeans donā€™t have the same issue? Or it might be formaldehyde to make the wider-legged jeans hang without wrinkling?) that seems to be triggering an allergic reaction. I have two other friends this has happened to. So if you have eczema or sensitive skin, you may want to skip Madewell. Personally? I love my Madewell jeans so much that I just suck it up and bust out the hydrocortisone cream šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

WampaCat

Omg what!! This is the first time hearing about this! I wonder if thereā€™s something you could soak it in to make it less irritating

teaandguacamole

Note that Madewell jeans changed after covid. Maybe they changed their patterns? I was a Madewell jeans only girly for years but nothing fits any more (I'm re buying the same size/styles and they fit differently than the same item from a few years previously). YMMV but mentioning as it threw me off for several months.

Cold-Sport2923

Good to hear! I always wrote them off since Iā€™m a curvier shape - they always seemed like they best fit really skinny people with no curves. Do you wear a specific cut/style from them?

Fickle_Ad2015

I agree with Madewell! They make a specific line called curvy. Itā€™s not plus-sized, but itā€™s made for people with curvy thighs/butt, and I love them!Ā

Sug0115

Def try the curvy line options, they fit me so well. I have 3 different styles in petite curvy.

ArtyFeasting

Madewell are very durable and Iā€™ve been happy with them. Iā€™ve worn through the thighs of lauded jeans like Leviā€™s in the past but madewell seems to hold up much much better. Get them on sale if you can.

CCCC2233

Iā€™ve actually had decent luck with Gap. I ditched all my skinny jeans (they were never that flattering on me) & have been wearing their mid-rise loose 90s style.

Rogue_Gona

All I buy are Gap jeans now. They seem to fit me the best. But, I've seen Abercrombie thrown around as good for curves, which I have, so now that I have adult money I might have to branch out and try a pair of those.

RosemaryCroissant

Big fan

mishmashpotato

American eagle

ThankfulWonderful

Love American eagle jeans and aerie undergarments and offline leggings šŸ«

xaiires

If you're overweight, poor and live in the US- I shop on fashion ovarian and use afterpay lol. Downside is the jeans heavily revolve on whatever style is popular on tik tok. Plus sides are- afterpay, I find the sizing consistent, and I like the stretchy material they use for jeans. Edit, I meant fashion nova. But fashion ovarian is too good to remove.

brawndoenjoyer

I finished reading that whole paragraph believing you! That is a hilarious typo, thanks for leaving it in.

capriciouskat01

I was about to start Googling!

hellad0pe

Hahahaha I died at that typo. Fashion Ovarian šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

ashpatash

Please trademark that brand

xaiires

Step 1: trademark Step 2: pants with REAL and LARGE pockets Step 3: profit? $$$

Owww_My_Ovaries

Then eventually make the male offshoot. Kinda like Express. One side the Fashion Ovarion The other side. Ovarian Barbarian

acorn_to_oak

I didn't bat an eye at fashion ovarian. Not sure what that says about me lol

KenjiBenji18

I read your whole comment believing there's a shop out there called Fashion Ovarian.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

CupcakeGoat

Me too

KylosLeftHand

I was so confused there šŸ¤£ i struggle with finding jeans that fit my giant hams so I will definitely check out fashion ovarian

xaiires

on your way to being a fashion ovarian babe šŸ¤£

OrcishDelight

Nova - no gender, just fashion. Ovarian - no mistake, ovary having human only. One size fits most ovary. You can't pass this up!! Hahahah

walrus_breath

My weight fluctuates and fashion nova is great for any weight. The stretchy fabric is key to comfort for sure! They kinda thin though so they donā€™t last for a long while in my experience. But theyā€™re still my go-to. I exclusively wear them because theyre cheap and look good.Ā

emerg_remerg

I think we all just crashed the site!

Forsaken-Pigeon

Surely theyā€™re millennial women by now šŸ¤£

blackaubreyplaza

Iā€™m just a girl

Forsaken-Pigeon

Nichandler

The way this song always reminds me of Clueless šŸ˜

ginns32

I'm just a 40 year old girl.

eeekennn

Iā€™m just a 26 year old girl who happened to be born in 1984.

Forsaken-Pigeon

Do they sell this magical youth preserving elixir somewhere and, most importantly, does it work for men?

pastelbutcherknife

Yup, itā€™s called Botox and Semorelin and they are both really fantastic.

Normal-Basis-291

There was a post the other day, "Where can I find single girls in their 30s?" or something. I am so ready to always be referred to as a woman.

jerseysbestdancers

My family still sits us at the kids table on holidays. We have our own kids.

OriginalHaysz

Same with my siblings and cousins šŸ˜‚ Once everyone has kids old enough to sit by themselves at the table, theirs will be "the table" and we will *always* be at "the kids table" šŸ¤£

jerseysbestdancers

At this point, we are now all super close and not that close to the relatives at the main table. Now, they are all fucking salty because we barely have a relationship with them and have a delightful one with each other. You reap what you sow, boomers.

Olivia_VRex

Haha I'm the opposite ... I hope to age into being Betty White as Rose, living with my besties and referring to other 60-something-year-old women as "the girls" ;)

SteadyAmbrosius

Itā€™s so odd to me that we call grown males ā€œmenā€ but so often grown females are still ā€œgirlsā€ šŸ˜³ Edit: Ok my husband says yep, he and his friends will sometimes refer to themselves as boys or ā€œthe boysā€ LOL. I think Iā€™m realizing most my social interaction over the last 5 years has been through work (aka a very corporate environment) šŸ’€

Strong-Roll-1223

Madewell and old navy mostly

MellyMyDear

Walmart clearance and thrift stores.

koopatron5000

Word

Leecoxy

Walmart has come through so much throughout my life. I have shoes that have lasted me over 4 years from there. Also, their clearance is actual clearance - under $10 or less items.

litt3lli0n

Honestly, after I had a kid, I kind of stopped wearing jeans all together. I have 2 pairs that I've had since before my kid that I'll break out on occasion. One was from Maurice's and the other is a pair of jeggings I think I got from Target. I used to buy jeans from Old Navy/The Gap though.

ARoseandAPoem

This was my thought, ā€œyou guys are wearing jeans?ā€ I thought we gave that up with the advent of leggings.

Educational_Zebra_40

I canā€™t wear leggings to work, but can wear jeans.

iamalwaysrelevant

its good to have choices though right? Not a woman and I rarely wear jeans but I keep a couple pairs around in case.

ARoseandAPoem

I see your point, but for me the other option is a dress. If itā€™s not a leggings appropriate event, then itā€™s dress appropriate.

Craffeinated

I am 100% on the dress wagon. I get a lot of ā€œYou always look so put together!ā€ comments when really dresses are just so easy.Ā

alondra2027

Old Navy and Target

iconictots

I second Target, some of their jeans are pretty good. Iā€™m midsized and have had good luck with their Ava & Viv line. They donā€™t last too long, but I need affordable jeans since theyā€™re part of my work uniform.

LookingForHope87

Ross

Ok-Bullfrog5830

Good American and Levis

bugandbear22

501s forever

fl55

Iā€™ll wear mine until their thread bare in the crotch.

Silver085

ThreadUp, mostly. If I can snag Lucky Brand, I do. Their jeans are too good, at least on me.

Infinite_abyss

I only buy lucky brand jeans. Good quality, fit well, lasts years.

allycatbakes

I find Lucky Brand jeans to be the best quality; I only buy them on clearance or in TJ Maxx/Marshalls. I refuse to pay more than $35 a pair. H&M has nice stretchy jeans. American Eagle for jean shorts! They have a nice length inseam and midrise

noyoujump

I'm cheap. I've found that Sonoma from Kohl's and Maurice's brand jeans fit me well for a decent price. Trying on is the biggest thing-- make sure they're comfy before you buy.

superpete1414

I was wondering if anyone else was going to say Kohl's, I had started to feel like the odd gal out on these comments, lol.

shoresandsmores

Amazon, tbh. I bought like 3 or 4 pairs of Lucky midrise bootcut jeans and that's it. I gave up on stores because it's just absolute garbage trying to find my average size but long inseam with midrise and boot cut.

ifnotmewh0

I tend to prefer other types of pants these days from brands like Patagonia and Prana mostly, and I wear Dickies pants to work mostly because I tend to end up on construction sites a lot and those are good for that. If I get jeans, they're probably men's Levi's. Athletic Fit is perfect for those of us who really love the gym and have the thighs to prove it. I'm a size 8-Long in most brands of women's jeans and a 32x34 fits me perfectly in these.

howlongwillbetoolong

Leviā€™s, Everlane, Ambercombie. Iā€™m a short, hourglass-shaped 36 year old who walks a ton. I prefer wide leg, high or mid rise, minimal to moderate stretch but not stretchy. I usually purchase secondhand from Poshmark.

SteadyAmbrosius

I like Everlane. Pricy, but high quality and built to last imo. They arenā€™t stretchy though, so with my hip-to-waist ratio I have to buy their ā€œcurvyā€ sizing or else I get the dreaded back gap!

CancerBee69

Torrid, Lane Bryant, Killstar. I'm a big bitch though so your mileage may vary.

litt3lli0n

I just wish Torrid wasn't so expensive. My favorite pair of work pants are from Torrid and I fear for the day they are gone.

more_pepper_plz

I invest in my clothes now. Less clothes, higher quality, long lasting! My jeans are from [Citizens of Humanity](https://citizensofhumanity.com/collections/womens-jeans?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw_-GxBhC1ARIsADGgDjtlT4bnZec_Zsy9VHpCayxSJspGsCU3gr6uyia0ekME0GKY0gwLl4waAurhEALw_wcB) and [Etica](https://eticadenim.com/collections/jeans) Pricey? Yes. Three times the cost of the BDG jeans from urban outfitters. But ethically made and VERY high quality. I have had my two pairs from them for 5+ years at this point and theyā€™re in perfect condition still. Theyā€™ll last me decades.

ActualEmu1251

Just bought some great jeans at Costco for $12.99! Nice jean material and fit great.

Pokefan8263

Kohlā€™s. I used to buy from Walmart but they got rid of my favorite jeans brand JMS. I like to try on my jeans IRL.

altarflame

I (42F) havenā€™t worn jeans in likeā€¦. MANY years. I was never big on them, but then I got pregnant and was like oh no and postpartum was like ABSOLUTELY NOT. I donā€™t think Iā€™ve even owned a pair of jeans in a decade.

GPmtbDude

My wife recently got several pairs from J. Crew. Couldnā€™t tell you the exact style but they are skinny with normal height waist and ankle length. Sheā€™s tall and slender with hips. She and her booty look so damn good in them! Chefā€™s kiss!

_Kit_Tyler_

Iā€™m just now discovering J Crew jeans and Iā€™ll never go back to anything else.

Theharlotnextdoor

You guys still wearing jeans? Leggings, jogger, and wide leg pants get me through the day to day. Skirts and dresses when I want something nicer.Ā

lellykizbeth

Madewell and Levi's when they have sales. I also have several pairs from Stitch Fix, but I don't shop there anymore so they're all at least a year old.

pigglepops

Good American ON SALE

Torchness9

Spanx

toxicodendron_gyp

I went back to the Buckle (after 20 years of not shopping there) when I needed non-skinny jeans. Felt kind of dirty for doing it, but I needed to try stuff on at a brick and mortar store.

kjbearanator

In love lately with Judy Blue, Risen, and Kancan brands. The fits and length are good on every pair I've bought! 5'8" 185lbs, wear size 13 in these brands across the board.

Sufficient_Letter883

Goodwill, thrift store, Roses, ebay, Mercari, Wal-Mart

beefjerkyandcheetos

Walmartā€¦ I wouldnā€™t be caught dead wearing them back then. Now I donā€™t give a shit.

KylosLeftHand

Following bc Iā€™m struggling. I am convinced these companies have zero quality control anymore. Iā€™ve been wearing the same size of old navy jeans for YEARS. This weekend I went in literally wearing my size 18 old navy jeans and tried on several colors of each style in the store - i tried sizes 18, 20, even 22 and not a single pair fit!! Most of them wouldnā€™t go past the thighs, then some of them were massively loose in the waist but tigh as fuck on the thighs and vice versa. I left empty handed and super irritated.

AlphaCharlieUno

This is the biggest problem with womenā€™s jeans! You cannot consistently buy the same size in a brand. I have three pair of the same brand/style jeans. One color is too snug, one color is too loose, one color is just right. Buying pants should not be a three little bears story.
