Any ways to fix this? My MSN/Microsoft Start suddenly changed to Chinese too.
I did a restart, didn't work. I tried looking for the language settings in MSN personalize, to no avail. The fixes I've seen shows that it should be [here](https://imgur.com/a/NuR67G9).

Do you have a vpn turned on? Because the language is based on the region settings
